Axion accounts run on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, available on desktop, web and mobile. This guide shows how to install the right platform and connect your account on any device.

Which platform do I need?

Use the platform shown on your account in the portal — either MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5). An MT5 account only works in MT5, and an MT4 account only works in MT4, so check before you log in.

What you'll need

  • Login — your trading account number
  • Password — your trading (master) password
  • Server — the exact server name from your portal

Desktop (Windows / Mac)

  1. Install MetaTrader 4 or 5 from the official MetaQuotes download for your operating system.
  2. Open the platform and go to File > Login to Trade Account.
  3. Type your server name into the search box and select it from the list.
  4. Enter your login and password, then connect.

Web platform (no install)

  1. Open the MetaTrader web terminal in your browser.
  2. Choose Login to an existing account.
  3. Search for and select your server, enter your login and password, and connect.

Mobile (iOS / Android)

  1. Install the MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and choose Login to an existing account.
  3. Search for your server by name, select it, then enter your login and password.

Confirm you're connected

When the connection succeeds you'll see your simulated balance and live prices, and the connection indicator will show signal bars rather than "no connection". You're now ready to trade under your challenge rules.

Common connection issues

  • "Invalid account" — Almost always the wrong server. Re-select the exact server shown in your portal.
  • Wrong platform — Confirm whether your account is MT4 or MT5 and use the matching app.
  • Password errors — Copy and paste to avoid typos; use the trading (master) password from the portal.
