Every trading account moves through a series of statuses, from the moment it's created to the funded stage or a breach. This guide explains what each status means so you always know where your account stands and what to do next.
Account statuses at a glance
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending / Provisioning | Your account is being created after a confirmed purchase. This usually clears within about 30 seconds. |
| Active | Your account is live and you can trade under your challenge rules. |
| Passed | You reached the phase objective without breaching a limit. The next phase or funded account is being prepared. |
| Funded | You've cleared the evaluation and are trading a simulated funded account, eligible for rewards. |
| Breached | A daily loss or maximum loss limit was exceeded and the account is closed. A reset may be available. |
| Inactive | The account is paused or no longer in use. |
Where to check your status
Sign in to the portal and open your dashboard. Each account shows its current status, along with live balance, equity, objective progress and drawdown. Your status here is always the source of truth — the trading platform shows your balance, but not your challenge status.
How your account advances
- Trade toward the profit target while staying inside your daily loss and maximum loss limits.
- Complete at least the required minimum trading days.
- When the objective is met, your status updates to Passed and Axion prepares your next phase or funded account.
- Instant accounts skip the evaluation and begin at the Funded stage.
What happens after a breach
If your account is Breached, it's closed and can no longer trade. If you have the Reset Protection add-on, you're entitled to one free reset back to your starting conditions. Otherwise you can start a new challenge from the checkout page.
My status looks wrong
Account status and metrics sync from the trading server and can lag briefly during heavy market activity. If your status still looks incorrect after refreshing, see the guide on delayed balance, equity or trade updates, or open a support ticket with your account number.
All Axion accounts are simulated. Balances are virtual and are used to evaluate trading skill and discipline.
