KYC (Know Your Customer) is a one-time identity check. You don't need it to buy a challenge or to trade — it's only required before you receive your first reward. Completing it early means your payouts are never held up. This guide explains how verification works and how to pass on the first try.

When is KYC required?

  • Not required to purchase a challenge or to trade your evaluation.
  • Required before your first reward (payout) can be approved.

Because reviews take a little time, we recommend completing KYC as soon as you reach a funded account rather than waiting until your first reward request.

How to complete verification

  1. Sign in to the portal and open the verification (KYC) section of your profile.
  2. Upload a valid government-issued photo ID.
  3. Take a selfie as prompted so we can match it to your ID.
  4. Upload a recent proof of address.
  5. Submit and wait for the result — you'll be notified when it's reviewed.

What our reviewers check

Submissions are approved fastest when they meet every point below:

  • Photo and text are clear and fully readable
  • Name and date of birth match your Axion account
  • ID is valid and unexpired
  • Your selfie matches the portrait on your ID
  • Your address proof is recent
  • No visible editing or tampering on any document

After you submit

Our team reviews your documents as quickly as possible, usually within a couple of business days. If approved, you're verified for good and won't need to repeat KYC unless your documents expire or your account details change.

If your submission is rejected

Rejections almost always trace back to the checklist above — a blurry photo, a name mismatch, an expired ID or an out-of-date address proof. You can simply fix the issue and resubmit. Read the rejection note, correct the specific problem, and upload again.

Tips to pass first time

  • Use good lighting and capture the full document with no glare or cut-off edges.
  • Make sure the name on every document matches your account exactly.
  • Check your ID's expiry date before uploading.
  • Never crop, edit or annotate a document.
