After you buy a challenge, Axion generates your simulated trading account automatically. This guide explains where to find your credentials and how to log in on MetaTrader so you can start trading.
Where your account appears
Your new account is created within about 30 seconds of a confirmed purchase. Sign in to the portal and open your dashboard — your challenge and its trading account will be listed there, along with its current status.
Find your login credentials
Open your account in the portal to see the details you need to connect:
- Login — your trading account number
- Password — your trading (master) password
- Server — the server name to select in the platform
- Platform — MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5
Log in on MetaTrader
- Download and open MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 (desktop, web or mobile).
- Choose Login to an existing account.
- Search for and select the exact server shown in your portal.
- Enter your login and password, then connect.
When connected, you'll see your simulated balance and can begin trading under your challenge rules.
If your account isn't showing yet
If a few minutes have passed and your account still hasn't appeared, refresh the dashboard and confirm your payment completed. If your order shows as paid but the account is missing, see the guide on a completed payment with a pending order, or open a support ticket.
Login tips
- Make sure you selected the correct server — a wrong server is the most common cause of "invalid account".
- Copy and paste your password to avoid typos.
- Use the credentials exactly as shown in the portal.
All Axion accounts are simulated. Balances are virtual and are used to evaluate trading skill and discipline.
